Introduction

P. Kingsbury & Co. Ltd is a multi-discipline Practice which is able to offer a personalised service to all organisations in need of property advice. Our Chartered Surveyors have a combined experience of over 100 years of dealing with properties and can therefore provide experience from a local base.

We are both registered and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We are also registered with Constructionline, full members of The Association for Project Safety (APS) and The Forum for the Built Environment (FBE).

The Practice invests in a programme of continuing professional development (CPD) for all members of staff, ensuring we remain fully conversant with the latest property issues and legislative matters. We also invest in the latest information technology with up to date CAD stations for aided design work.

Our normal operating area is East Anglia and the whole of the London region.

The Practice holds Public and Employer liability insurance together with Professional Indemnity Insurance.
